2. Provide Your Logo and Order Ideas
If you have a specific school or organization logo that you want to use, please email, fax, or mail it to us. Or you may simply upload your logo here:

If you see a design that you prefer on this site or in our Design Center, please let us know. We will accept your artwork in most any format (sketches and photocopies are fine), but prefer .ai, .eps. cdr. We also accept .jpg, .tif, .gif, .doc, .pdf and others. Or just call us with your basic ideas and we’ll create something for you!!

3. Approve Your Custom Design
Once we have your logo/design ideas, our professional in-house graphics department will create a FREE E-Sample, which we will email to you for approval. If you prefer, we can also fax or mail your proof. E-Samples are ready usually within 24-48 hours.

Sit Back and Relax
Once you approve your custom design, we’ll take it from there. Our watch order process takes approximately 4-5 weeks. Our plaques will ship within 10 working days of artwork confirmation. Please allow 8-12 weeks for ring delivery. Our rush service can reduce your delivery time - please see “Rush Service” info here . For delivery in less than 10 days, please call us.
